Correx or Fluted Polypropylene Board is extremely robust and light weight. It is both shatter and waterproof, which means it doesn’t break. Our Acuity Advance HS Flatbed printers allow us to deliver stunning high quality digital results on Correx. Correx can be cut to any shape using our CAD Cutting table and can be fitted easily using adhesives, tapes or screws. Correx boards are cost effective and durable. Popular uses include estate agents boards, directional signs and other short term signage.

Corrugated Board can be easily cut and creased making it popular for creating boxes, shapes and floor standing display units (FSDU). It is lightweight, versatile and eco friendly and extremely cost effective. We print E flute corrugated board, B flute corrugated board and EB flute corrugated board. Dibond is an aluminium composite board with a polythene core. Equally suited for indoor and outdoor installation, it has become a popular choice for display solutions. Although relatively lightweight, Dibond is robust and rigid and can be bent and routed to shape. It’s long life makes it ideal for external signs and hoardings.

Foam Board is rigid and very lightweight. As it is susceptible to damage, it is only suitable for indoor use. Popular for exhibitions, point of sale, hanging displays, temporary displays, cut outs, standees and strut cards. Our direct to media printing using a UV Digital Flat Bed Printer means there is no risk of de-lamination. Once your graphic design has been printed we can cut it using our CAD cutting table giving it even more impact.

Mark Resistant PVC is tough, robust and tear-resistant and can only be printed on the reverse side. This provides protection for the image and maintains longevity of your print.Mark Resistant PVC is great for creating tamper proof, scratch resistant stickers and counter top displays. Our CAD cutting service allows the PVC to be cut to any shape and a foam laminate backing can be also applied to create non slip products such as mouse mats.

Our Flatbed Printers allow us to print full colour photographic images directly onto Plywood. The wood grain gives wood prints a natural finish. As each sheet of plywood has a unique grain, each print will be subtly different.
